Four steps from your data to a work order.
Tensor Planet helps fleets catch the failure while it is still building. It reads the telematics feed and the repair history you already have, works out which vehicle is degrading toward which failure, and puts the fix in front of your shop with time left to act on it.

You connect two things, read-only
A read-only key to the telematics system you already run, and six months of work order history in whatever shape it is in. Nothing is installed on a vehicle, nothing changes in the shop, and the access is revocable at any time.
Your side, about twenty minutes
We reconcile the feed against the repairs
Telematics tells us what the vehicle is doing. The work orders tell us what actually broke and what it cost to fix. Read together, across your fleet and every fleet we run, the two show which signal patterns end in which repair.
Our side, about one week
Degradation gets flagged before the fault code fires
A component that is going to fail degrades first. That drift is visible in the data weeks before it crosses the threshold that sets off a fault code. We surface the unit, the system, roughly how long you have, and what it costs if it is left alone.
Typically 2 to 3 weeks of lead time
The fix lands in your shop as a work order
Not another dashboard to check. The recommended repair goes into the maintenance system your team already opens every morning, with the action to take on it, scheduled against a slot you were going to use anyway.
Into RTA, Fleetio, Whip Around or whatever you run
Six systems, and the failure each one ends in.
DEF dosing
Dosing faults and quality problems building before a derate.
DPF
Soot load and inlet-pressure decay across regen cycles.
EGR
Valve and cooler degradation on the exhaust gas recirculation loop.
NOx
Sensor drift and out-of-range readings ahead of an emissions fault.
Engine coolant
Temperature and level behavior trending toward a failure.
Battery
Cranking voltage decline that ends in a no-start at pull-out.
Hydraulics and body equipment are on the roadmap and are not covered today.
See it on your own trucks first.
One week, your data, no cost and no commitment. You get the list of vehicles likely to fail in the next two to three weeks, and the dollars attached to each one.
Where this sits next to what you already run.
It is not a fault code filter
A fault code means the threshold has already been crossed. Filtering and ranking those codes is useful triage, but by then the component has already failed or is about to. We work on the weeks before that.
It is not a telematics system
We run on top of the one you have. We do not replace it, compete with it, or ask you to change contracts. If your telematics provider changes, the connection changes and the models do not.
It is not new hardware
Nothing gets bolted to a truck. There is no install window, no downtime to fit it, and no capital line to approve.
Connects to Geotab, Samsara, Motive, Verizon Connect, RTA Fleet, Fleetio, Whip Around and others through a read-only API key.
Straight answers.
Which fleets can benefit from Tensor Planet?
Tensor Planet works across light, medium, and heavy duty commercial vehicles, including mixed fleets with different makes, models, and duty cycles.
What types of vehicle failures does your product detect currently?
We detect early failures in core vehicle systems such as the engine, aftertreatment, and many other systems.
Our telematics already gives us fault codes. Why do we need Tensor Planet?
Fault codes usually show up after a problem has already escalated. Tensor Planet detects degradation earlier, before failures turn into breakdowns.
How are you different from other predictive maintenance companies?
Tensor Planet predicts failures 2 to 3 weeks early, creates work orders in existing systems, and helps technicians fix the issue with specific recommendations.
Which telematics and maintenance systems do you support?
We work with major telematics providers such as Samsara, Geotab, Motive, Verizon Connect, RTA Fleet, Whip Around, Fleetio, and others through API-based integrations.
Can we start with a smaller pilot?
Yes. A 50 to 100 vehicle pilot usually gives enough data to validate predictions, savings, and workflow fit before a wider rollout.
