How many vehicles you run
Billing is per vehicle per month, so the fleet size sets the base. Larger fleets pay a lower rate per vehicle than smaller ones.
How long you commit
Monthly, annual prepay and multi-year terms carry different rates. Nothing here requires a multi-year commitment to start.
Nothing else
There is no per-user charge, no per-seat licence for the shop, and no charge that scales with how many predictions you act on.
The rate itself is quoted on a call rather than listed, because it moves with both of the above and a single published number would be wrong for most fleets reading it.

Nothing. The diagnostic runs one week on telematics and work order history you already have. It returns the vehicles likely to fail in the next two to three weeks and the dollars attached, and you keep that list either way.
Is there a hardware or setup cost?
No. Nothing goes on the trucks, so there is no device cost, no fitting labor and no install downtime. Connection is a read-only API key to the telematics system you already run, plus an export of your maintenance history.
